Biography:

Dan Klaeren is Senior Product Management Director at Syniverse responsible for Wi-Fi, IoT and MVNE services. In this role, he uncovers new opportunities and devises new business and technology solutions for operators and enterprises. With over 25 years of experience, Dan has extensive experience in information technology, telecommunication, financial and enterprise segments. His areas of specialization include roaming, interoperability, signaling, unlicensed spectrums, fraud solutions, clearing and settlement. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology and advanced mobile development certifications from the University of Phoenix, and he is a frequent contributor to the development of Wi-Fi standards for industry groups such as the Wireless Broadband Alliance.
