If you register for the conference before April 15, 2016:

  • WBA members will receive the early bird member rate.
  • WBA members who have not completed FY2016 membership payment will receive the regular non-member rate.

Delegate registration fees are refundable, less a USD150 processing fee, up until May 15, 2016. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting May 16, 2016.

Delegate registrations are transferable and substitution are possible at any time.

All cancellations must be completed at www.regonline.com/wgcliverpool2016. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email for the cancellation. The WBA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after May 15.
Upon completing registration and full payment of conference registration fees, the participant may request an invitation letter by emailing events@wballiance.com The WBA will not supply an invitation letter to unpaid or unregistered participants and reserves the right to refuse to provide invitation letters for attendees. Please note that WBA does not give any further support to the visa application process. Obtaining a visa remains the sole responsibility of the participant.
