Biography:
Ziyad AlDobaian is currently working as a Radio Spectrum Planning and Regulations Specialist at CITC. He is a Project Manager and a Telecom Engineer that has lead and participated in many CITC ambitious projects to transform the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia into a digital society. These projects play a valuable role in the Kingdom’s transformation by regulating the Radio Spectrum in a way that captures the market spectrum need and anticipates it’s future need. He specializes in regulating the radio services and allocating the needed spectrum for these services in the Kingdom.
He is contributing in the WRC-23 preparation representing the kingdom. He is currently working as the Kingdom representative in the ASMG technical working groups that focus on specific technical spectrum matters. He holds a bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Trine University, Indiana, USA.
