Dr. Yan Zhang currently works as the CEO of DappWorks Technologies Inc. and lead advisor of metablox foundation to explore blockchain integration with IoT and telco, including world first blockchain integration with bluetooth modules and eSim. He has authorized or applied for over 50 patents in the relevant fields, and has 10+ publications in journals and proceedings. He is also a board member of multiple blockchain and telecommunication companies. He received his bachelor degree from Tsinghua University, China and his PhD from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
