David is the Head of Smart City Delivery at Westminster City Council. His remit includes; Digital Inclusion, which ensures residents have access to connectivity, devices and access to skills and confidence support, Digital Place which focuses on creating the right conditions for the market to invest in fixed line and mobile connectivity and finally the delivery of the Smart City Strategy.
