Biography:

Dr Stan Wong joined Hong Kong Telecom Limited in 2019 as Assistant Vice President and responsible for 56 Security and deployment. He received his Ph.D. from University of London, King’s College London (KCL) in 2009. He was leading the European Commission H2020 5G Novel Radio Multiservice Adaptive Network Architecture (NORMA) as a security leader, and 5G Infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) security working group lead Trust chapter editor. He left KCL in 2016 as Research Fellow and joined GSM Association (GSMA). In GSMA, he found the 5G Security Task Force. His deep knowledge in 5G security, machine learning data analytic, and different standard Internet of Things (IoT) air interfaces and application. Furthermore, his expertise is in trust computing, trust model, behaviometrices, big data, network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN).
