Phil Morgan is a C-level executive at NC-Expert, a global IT industry consulting, and technical employee development company.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, he is the author of numerous technical publications and is a senior advisor for IT industry certification training programs. Phil regularly presents at conferences and is known for his humor and deep technical knowledge. He can convey highly complex technical information in a captivating way, to reach both entry level and experienced audiences.He is Cisco CCIE #5224, CWNP CWNE #322 / CWISE #4, and is a member of the IEEE 1932.1 Working Group, working on the Standard for Licensed/Unlicensed Spectrum Interoperability in Wireless Mobile Networks. During his career, in addition to his higher education credentials, he has earned more than 50 technical certifications and focuses on wireless, IoT, and cyber security, all of which help him provide top-quality design and consulting services to a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
