Biography:

As the Director of Customer Success for Shasta Cloud, Tim draws on an extensive background in Enterprise Networking to influence product feature sets and positioning.  Tim’s passion for problem solving and customer satisfaction has brought him from the integrator side to the OEM side for both wired and wireless manufacturers including Ruckus, Brocade, Aerohive and Extreme Networks.  Collaborating at Shasta Cloud, a TIP and OpenWiFi contributor, Tim is continuing to retool and find new ways to address both new and traditional customer needs.
